These are a few experiments I finished today...I am starting to bridge the gap between my sculpture and my ceramics...here is my juxtaposition of Iga-Yaki, figurative reference, and my own twisted imagination...I think I'll use coiling to make some larger pots based more on the way the flesh pinches and folds organically on obese people...sounds wierd I know but with a shino glaze these pieces should really look like flesh...
