I am still quite interested in pottery forms associated with 16th & 17th century Japanese ceramics. I love the freedom of style and form certain areas of Japan had during this time period in pottery. Iga-Yaki or Iga-ware was probably the most free, abstract and sculptural...this is the beginning of a series of Iga-Yaki inspired forms...
